By downloading, accessing, or using Decoded ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Decoded. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
Decoded is a social signal coaching app powered by AI. The AI coach ("Ash") provides guidance on interpreting social situations. Decoded is not a mental health service, therapy, or crisis intervention tool. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, contact a crisis service immediately (988 in the US, 13 11 14 in AU, 116 123 in the UK).
Decoded offers a free tier that includes up to 3 coaching sessions per day. Free-tier access may be modified at any time at our discretion.
Decoded Pro is available as an auto-renewable subscription with two options:
• Monthly — billed each month
• Yearly — billed once per year
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to Pro features until then.
Prices are in the currency of your App Store region and may vary by location. Price changes will be communicated in advance.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Do not share your account with others. Notify us immediately at support@trydecodedapp.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree not to:
• Use Decoded to harass, threaten, or harm others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Misrepresent your identity or age
• Circumvent usage limits or access controls
All content, design, code, and AI-generated responses within Decoded are the property of Decoded or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without written permission.
Decoded is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI responses will be accurate, complete, or appropriate for every situation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Decoded and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including reliance on AI-generated advice.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed, subject to our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use of Decoded after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Your use of Decoded is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
