Decoded is a social coaching app for young people. We take your privacy seriously, especially because many of our users are minors.
We collect your email address, first name, age, and the goals you share during onboarding. We also store the content of your coaching conversations with Ash, and a summary of what Ash has learned about you over time.
Your data is used solely to power your coaching experience. Ash uses your conversation history and memory to give you better, more personalised guidance. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.
Conversations with Ash are processed by Anthropic's AI models. Anthropic may use conversation data to improve their models under their own privacy policy. We encourage you not to share sensitive personal information beyond what is needed for coaching.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure. Conversations and profile data are stored in an encrypted database. We retain your data as long as your account is active.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. This permanently removes your profile, all conversations, and everything Ash knows about you. This action cannot be undone.
Decoded is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, please let us know and we will delete it immediately.
